Scott has many years experience as a local pastor and leader in the Australian Baptist movement. He has a heart to see teams thrive and is passionate about people meeting and following Jesus in their own culture and language.

In 2020, Scott joined the Baptist Mission Australia team as Executive Director. In this role, Scott is responsible for the overall leadership, pastoral care and empowerment of effective team structure. He also works closely with the Board of Governance and engages with stakeholders and outside organisations.
