As Sally continues to focus on understanding the cultures and language of those around her, she has been encouraged by the relationships grown and the acceptance shown to her within the community.
Sally has a heart for the spiritual, mental and physical health of those around her and sees it as an honour to walk alongside her Yawo friends, being present in the grief, struggles, joys and fun of life.
She facilitates a weekly youth program in Massangulo, and meets and prays regularly with groups of women who come together to hear God’s truth through His Word.
Sally counts it as a privilege to get to see how God is shaping those around her, how He is teaching her more of who He is and what His love looks like in action in Mozambique.
